Meet Joy! Joy Irving is an alum from Baruch College who is currently writing a book on her experiences dealing with mental illness. When she is not glued to the computer, she enjoys spending time with her dog Nyla as well as planting seeds at her in home garden. Joy also enjoys creating podcasts while documenting several activities that she partakes in, such as going to art shows and self-defense classes, on her spare time.
