SWP’26 · Accommodations Database

List of Academic Accommodations

How to use this database: Accommodations listed here can be requested through your school’s disability services office, often called Disability Services, Accessibility Services, Student Access Center, or something similar. Every U.S. college and university that receives federal funding is required to have one, and registering is confidential: it will not appear on your transcript, and professors are only told what accommodations you receive, never your diagnosis. Explore the circles above to find accommodations that might help you, then reach out to your school’s office to start the conversation. You’ll usually be asked for documentation from a treatment provider, and you don’t have to be in crisis to qualify. Accommodations exist to help you succeed before things become overwhelming. If you’re not sure what to ask for, bring this list with you. You have the right to support, and asking for it is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Download the worksheet PDF, print it, complete a section for each accommodation that applies to you, and bring it to your school’s disability services office. Have them email us at info@sws.ngo.
