In nonprofit management, organizational values are the core ethical principles that guide how an organization pursues its mission. They describe not what an organization does, but how it commits to doing it: shaping culture, decision-making, and accountability to the people it serves.

Vision Statement
A vision statement articulates the long-term, aspirational future an organization is working to help create. It is broad and idealistic by design, describing a desired state of the world rather than the organization’s day-to-day activities, and serves as a touchstone for long-range strategic planning.
Vision Statement: Students With Psychosis envisions a world where no student or advocate living with psychosis is without community, connection, or access to education.
Mission Statement
A mission statement defines an organization’s core purpose. Unlike a vision statement, which describes an aspirational future, a mission statement is action-oriented, grounding the organization’s present-day work and guiding operational decisions.
Mission Statement: Students With Psychosis empowers students and advocates worldwide through community-building, service, and collaboration.
Goals & Objectives
In strategic planning, goals are broad, long-term aims that translate an organization’s mission into priorities for action. Objectives are the specific, measurable steps taken to achieve each goal.
Students With Psychosis puts our mission into practice through three goals: community-building, service, and collaboration.

We build a community of students and advocates worldwide through virtual and in-person programming, tools, and resource direction.

We serve our community through funding scholarships and service projects that elevate leadership and representation of people with psychosis at school and in their local communities.

We collaborate with organizations and academic institutions worldwide to break down barriers to inclusion in higher education and the workplace for people living with psychosis.
